What I learned today
Today I learnt that yelling at printers really gets you nowhere. I learnt that everybody is a marketing guru, in their own mind and that if you really listen to people and ask questions you can learn a lot about what it is they really want instead of what they think they want. Listening is key!

Social Media: the saga continues
So, against all the odds we have set up our facebook page. We have had incredibly positive feedback and as we all know, the only negative comment we've received so far was a wonderful opportunity to re-state our positive message.
But, facebook is not for the feint-hearted, specifically those who worry about every little thing breaching the privacy act or the privacy policy or upsetting the balance of nature or something...
We will get past this, the scaredy cats will learn to love it for the extraordinarily exciting marketing opportunity facebook provides for us but in the meantime I must remember to breathe... Oh and start setting up our Twitter, LinkedIn and You Tube.
